Meet the team

Allison Bowen

Allison Bowen is a Central Texas native, currently residing in Amarillo, Texas, with her husband Steve.  She grew up showing All-Around horses as a youth primarily in Open shows & 4-H.  Allison attended Texas Tech University to judge horses & compete on the TTU Ranch Horse Team at the collegiate level.  After graduating with a B.S. Animal Science, she continued education at Texas Tech, completing her MBA in 2010.   Currently, Allison works as a Project Manager in the Agriculture industry, and shows AQHA Western All-Around horses in her spare time.

Ryan Geiger

Ryan Geiger has led an impressive career as a Horse Trainer & Coach in Ohio.  Growing up in the horse world, he has coached many National Top 5s with his IEA teams, had Multiple Congress Finalists, & AQHA Top 10s.  Ryan has been featured in well-known industry publications such as HorseTalk & Competitors Central, and has spoken at industry engagements including The Grant Center Equine Science facility.  Ryan earned his degree from Ohio State University in 2016.  Ryan uses his skills acquired, as well as his continued education and equine knowledge to contribute to the HSH in all facets.

Kalyn Sanders

Kalyn, a native of Horse Country USA (Aubrey, Texas), is passionate about the Equine industry.  Like Allison, she attended Texas Tech University to judge horses & complete on the TTU Ranch Horse Team at the collegiate level.  After graduating with a B.S. Agricultural Communications, she worked as a Marketing  and Business Development Manager for both the National Cutting Horse and American Paint Horse Associations.  She presently works in the Animal Health industry as an Equine Territory Manager.  Outside of work, Kalyn enjoys competing as a Non-Pro through NRHA and growing horse show exhibitor awareness and participation through HSH.
